Free cancellation and full refund:
In the event of total or partial administrative closure of the establishment, during the dates of the booked stay, decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to the Service Provider.
Flexible booking, changes free of charge D-30
Up to 30 days before your arrival date, you can modify your stay free of charge: you can choose new dates, new accommodation… subject to availability.
The rate for the new period and the new accommodation will be applied.
COVID cancellation guarantee included
You can cancel free of charge at the last minute in the following cases:
- General or local containment,
- Closed borders,
- Travel ban,
- One of the participants (listed on the booking contract) tests positive for COVID,
- One of the participants (listed on the booking contract) is a confirmed contact and must isolate himself while awaiting a test.
The sums paid will give rise to the issue of a credit note valid for 18 months and refundable at the end of the validity period.
